I saw Mark on a nearby job and grabbed him as I was being given the run-around by another contractor. He took time to come round there and then and look at the job we needed. We didn’t have a drive – the driveway needed to be constructed into what was then our back garden. A section of the boundary wall and a brick outbuilding needed removal, along with extensive excavation & new retaining walls. Mark’s team were always on time, tidy, friendly and clearly experienced in what they were doing. Mark has all the necessary equipment so nothing needed to be hired in or sub-contracted out – in my book it’s a real bonus when you only have a single point of contact. Communication throughout the works was excellent, I had no trouble getting time with Mark whenever I needed to speak with him – in fact he often made suggestions on how the “plan” could be improved. They excavated some 60 tons of spoil, and built the new retaining walls from my existing, old bricks (which they cleaned off) to retain the existing look of the garden. The end result is exactly what we wanted and was at the agreed price – I would recommend BS7 to anyone
